We're All Goners Now?

Earthquakes and hurricanes, riots and economic depression; these are the events that we face today. Is the Apocalypse upon us? Were the Mayans correct? How about the crazy guys that flood the National Mall preaching about the end of the world? Who knows?

I haven’t posted in awhile and even before that it was just sporadically, though I love music and writing about it, I lost a bit of passion. I let my daily life events get in the way, putting 1146 miles on the back burner until I found the greater passion to follow through with a post. The world events of the past few weeks haven’t been an epiphany to me or a call to a greater power. Instead just a reminder to enjoy the small pleasures every once in a while.

I don’t know if the world is coming to an end, doubt I would want to know anyway. What I do know is I’m enjoying this fun collaboration between Soulja Boy, Andrew W.K., with Matt and Kim. It’s called I’m a Goner and it puts a smile on my face. Just a reminder that even in the craziest of times, find a reason to smile and laugh. It’s a privilege we never want to regret not taking advantage of!
